For the past twenty years, I’ve worked as a social worker in both inpatient and outpatient settings; these experiences taught me how differently healing can look from person to person. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of supporting teens navigating identity and transition, college‑aged young adults finding their footing, LGBTQ+ clients seeking affirming care, and immigrant families balancing cultural roots with new environments. These relationships have shaped how I understand the therapeutic process and deepened my work with psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches.

My style today is eclectic and relational. I meet people where they are, honor their pace, and create a space where real conversation, safety, and meaningful change can occur.
